Refund Policy

At EchoVoria, we take pride in delivering high-quality, storytelling-driven photography and videography services tailored to each client. To maintain the integrity of our work and business operations, we have established the following refund policy:
 

🔒 All Sales Are Final
 

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made (partial or full), it is non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
 

  • Cancellations by the client for any reason.

  • Changes of mind after booking.

  • Event rescheduling that conflicts with EchoVoria's availability.
     

📅 Rescheduling
 

If you need to reschedule your session, we require at least 14 days' notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.
 

💻 Digital Products & Services
 

Due to the custom nature of our services and digital deliverables, all photo and video edits are considered final once delivered. No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction based on creative direction, as this is discussed prior to the event and guided by the photographer’s artistic style.
 

🤝 Client Responsibility
 

By confirming your booking, you agree to EchoVoria’s creative approach, pricing, and this no-refund policy. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all event details, expectations, and communications are clear before booking.
